We have a strong background in co-packing operations within New Zealand. We have the capability to provide rework and co-pack services either from a clear warehouse staging space (in-warehouse) through to GMP compliant clean rooms fully certified by the Ministry of Health.

Co-Packing services include:

Technical Services

Pacificomm’s specialist repairs solution, through our partner Fonefix, integrates a full-service repairs and technical services operation, with customer facing retail and support capability, located in Mt Wellington, Auckland and supported by Pacificomm’s level 1 repairs, diagnostic and triage capability and dedicated facilities.

As part of the Millennium Corp Group, Fonefix has operated in New Zealand for 11 years as a leading device and computer repairs and accredited technical services agency that specialises in testing, diagnostics, repairs and refurbishment for leading Service Providers and global Manufacturers

We make Integrated Technical Solutions easy.

Technical Services include:

  • End-to end workshop and repair process review, supported by time in motion analysis - optimisation to address current operating technical services pain points.

  • Enhanced visibility of key performance capacity

  • Enable and support self-install programmes

  • Ability to leverage a flexible resourcing model - during periods of increased activity, existing Fonefix technicians can be redeployed to support Pacificomm technical services operations.

Logistics

Local & National Frieght
Pacificomm offers a nationwide delivery service for our clients. Every consignment is sent by the best freight option applicable based on the weight, size, urgency and particular customer requirements. Our transportation service, through leading freight and logistics partners, gives us the ability to offer a combination of parcel and bulk services.

Customs & International Freight

For Importing
Pacificomm, as importer of record, currently takes responsibility for goods importation requirements on behalf of a number of manufacturers. Pacificomm ensure that all goods imported comply with local laws and regulations, including certification, specification and electrical compliance.

Pacificomm imports items by a variety of methods, predominantly EX Works (EXW) and Free Carrier (FCA) by Air and Free on Board (FOB) by Sea. Where required Pacificomm can also ship directly from manufacturer to market to meet urgent customer requirements and again these shipments will be Air Freighted EXW.

For Exporting
Pacificomm provides customers with secure, efficient and reliable solutions for international good transportation, including:

  • Full track and trace with signature.

  • Full proactive notification system and updates on goods in transit visibility of orders from moment of dispatch through to the customer’s door.

  • Securely packaged and sealed shipments .

  • Plain packaging used (product not identifiable on outer boxes.)

  • Individual shipments per customer – avoids repackaging in territories with lower security

Logistics
