Reporting WMS

Pacificomm’s integrated WMS provides the ability to track individual units of inventory from origin to final delivery. Each order compiles with strictly measured Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), that are aligned with the unique requirements of our partners.

Integration

Pacificomm has extensive experience implementing Pronto to Pronto, or Other to Pronto EDI solutions for partners across New Zealand and Australia, to enable reporting, ordering and process automation, online support and direct fulfilment options.

We have proven integration capability with a variety of integration options available now and currently in use with existing customers, as outlined.

We also have the ability to supplement and customise Pacificomm API’s and other integration options if there are specific requirements from partners over which we do not have out of the box, at no additional cost.

The Pacificomm Portal offers our partners and their channels an online ordering system with real-time product management that can be tailored for multiple users and multiple sales channels.

The benefits Pacificomm can offer our partners and their channels through its online ordering system are:

  • Full visibility of stock availability

  • Full visibility of current orders

  • Quick step repeats of past orders

  • Online access to historical orders and invoices

  • Order status is shown against each order on the portal in an easy to search format

  • Included in the system is stock availability, so it is apparent at the time of order if stock is not available for any reason
