Founded in 2022, Raaie is a premium skincare brand that merges the healing power of New Zealand’s native botanicals with cutting-edge cosmeceutical science. With a strong focus on sun protection and skin regeneration, Raaie has rapidly gained international recognition, securing placements in Liberty and Sephora, and winning accolades for its minimalist, refillable packaging design. The brand is built on a philosophy of intentional beauty, aligning product formulations with skin’s natural rhythms for transformative results. To amplify its reach and connect with a global audience, Raaie has strategically partnered with influencers across key markets, leveraging authentic storytelling and social proof to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

The Business Challenge

As Raaie’s global footprint expanded, their existing logistics partner struggled to keep pace with the brand’s growth and complexity. Key issues included:

The Pacificomm Logistics Solution

In June 2024, Raaie partnered with Pacificomm Logistics, initiating a seamless transition of stock and operations. Pacificomm implemented tailored Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), daily operational contact, and direct access to floor staff to ensure responsiveness and precision.

  • Real-time inventory tracking via the Pacificomm Portal

  • EU-compliant labelling for B2B shipments

  • Re-kitting and assembly of complex SKUs

  • Handwritten personalised notes and bespoke packaging to enhance brand experience

  • Freight cost optimisation through monthly activity reviews and strategic partnerships

Pacificomm also supported Raaie’s upgraded inventory system, Unleashed, enabling SKU-level control and visibility through the development of API’s.

Scalability and Growth

At onboarding, Pacificomm managed approximately 15 SKUs. Today, that number has grown to over 230 SKUs, reflecting a more than 15-fold increase in complexity and volume. This growth includes not only finished products but also individual components, all tracked and transacted through Raaie’s new system.

International shipments now account for 60% of Raaie’s logistics activity, with Pacificomm facilitating both B2B and B2C deliveries across Australia and other markets.
